Giving Back This Holiday Season

The holidays are more than presents, food and being surrounded by your loved ones. There are many people who do not have those luxuries, so the team at MidWest Family – Eau Claire embraced the season of giving!

Festival of Toys

MidWest Family – Eau Claire and Family Promise of the Chippewa Valley distributed toys to those in need this year. The community helped us collect thousands of toys that will help make a merrier Christmas for so many families in need in the Chippewa Valley. We appreciate you donating more than 600 toys, plus financial donations to help Family Promise purchase more toys and gifts to meet the need.

We would also like to thank SCHEELS and their awesome team of employees who donated more than 600 toys plus additional financial support. Thank you for your generosity and kindness and for helping make this holiday brighter for families in need.

Pet Food Drive

The 2022 Pet Food Drive for St. Francis Food Pantry collected pet food for pet parents who are struggling financially to feed their pets and are having to make difficult decisions about feeding their families and pets. They received donations of non-perishable pet food items, toys, and litter as well as cash donations. By participating in and donating to the annual Pet Food Drive, we helped families so they may not have to relinquish or abandon the pets they love.

L.E. Phillips Senior Center Holiday Party

The MidWest Family Santa helpers hosted a holiday party at the L.E. Phillips Senior Center today! Prizes were won, food was ate and laughs were shared. Thank you for everyone who came out!
