Check Out SpringFest Chippewa Falls This Weekend
This weekend is the 2023 SpringFest Chippewa Falls, a two-day event taking place at the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds. SpringFest includes an array of fair foods, live music, and activities.
SpringFest started with the Chippewa Falls Rotary Foundation in 2011, with the mission of giving back. Over the past 8 years, the foundation has given back over $200,000 for community grants, youth programs, student scholarships, charities, and public projects. Your ticket will support these, but you’ll also have a fun night at the Fairgrounds!
Music
Enjoy the Brady Luke Band in the Kwik Trip Party Tent starting at 5pm on Friday, followed by headliner Boogie and the Yo Yo’z at 7:30 on the Main Stage. Saturday is jam-packed with artists, including The Gators, playing music from every decade, the Chi-hi Wire Choir (made up of Chippewa Falls High School students), Howard “Guitar” Luedtke and Blue Max, Bumblefist, performing at 5pm and 11pm, sandwiching The John Stone Band, aka the King of Broadway, from Nashville, Tennessee.
General gate admission is free on Friday (as well as parking!), but you must purchase concert tickets to enter the Main Stage to see Boogie and the Yo Yo’z. General gate admission is included with your concert ticket on Saturday.
Activities
SpringFest is fun for the whole family. Check out over 40 exhibitors, showcasing their products and services. There’s also a petting zoo, face painting, a balloon artist, and inflatables. New in 2023 is the dinosaur experience.
Food
Food vendors will be at the fairgrounds, selling fair foods like french fries, cheese curds, and corn dogs. Olson’s Ice Cream will also be serving their frozen fare.
