4th of July Event Guide

It’s time for freedom festivities, including fireworks and fun! You can check out our Eau Claire Fireworks Guide here, but if you’re looking for more to do, this guide is for you. We’ll be covering all the fun events the 715 has to offer around the 4th of July. 

July 3rd

Rock’n on the Riverfront Summer Concert Series: RIver Prairie Park, 6:30pm

Check out music from The Vibes at the iconic River Prairie Park in Altoona, complete with food trucks!

Ski Sprites Show: Lake Altoona Beach, 6:30pm

Check out the talented waterskiing squad and prepare to be amazed! This event is free with a $5 parking permit.

Eau Claire Cavaliers: Carson Park, 7pm

If baseball’s your thing, stop by Carson Park to watch the Eau Claire Cavaliers vs. Augusta Athletics.

Reboot Social Pinball Tournament: Reboot Social, 7-9pm

Pinball may be niche, but there’s a community here in the 715 just for it. This is a monthly tournament, and it’s held in a lively atmosphere. 

July 4th

Fourth of July Holiday Trolley Tour: The Local Store, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm

This 90-minute trolley tour is great for all ages, and will tour historic homes, businesses, and events, a walk across the historical S-bridge, and a deeply wooded trail tunnel passage. Tickets are $17-$22.

July 4th Block Party: The Brewing Projekt, 12pm

Expect food trucks, beer, cocktails, patio time, and more at The Brewing Projekt’s block party, and it’s sure to be a blast!

Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market: Phoenix Park, 12-5pm

Chippewa Falls Farmers Market: Allen Park, 12-6pm

Get some fresh food and goods from a Farmers Market near you! I hear it’s raspberry season.

Burger Night: Together Farms, 4-9pm

If burgers are your jam, check out Together Farms in Mondovi for a laid-back and relaxing atmosphere in which to devour your favorite burger. Also, if you’re a July 4th baby, you can get a free burger!

Pizza Night: Farm to Fork Retreat, 5-9pm

Pizza’s your favorite, so why not check out Farm to Fork Retreat for some wood-fired pizzas! They also have cocktails and an open mic. 

Live Music on the Lawn: Vino Cappuccino, 5:30-7:30pm

Enjoy the music of the Rogers/McGinnis Duo while you enjoy local wine, wood-fired pizza, and more. 

Music at the Riverfront: Riverfront Park, 6-8pm

Enjoy the music of Ember, plus fireworks! Chippewa Falls’ Riverfront Park is the perfect place to hang out on the Fourth.

Sounds Like Summer Concert Series: Phoenix Park, 6:30pm

Lay out on the pet-friendly Phoenix Park and listen to some tunes by Madlee Band, Melange, and Matt Caflisch and band. There will also be food vendors.

Creechers Live: The Plus, 8:30pm

A new band has entered the chat! Eau Claire’s newest rock and roll band will play live at The Plus, outdoors on the patio if weather permits. It’s free!

Eau Claire Express: Carson Park, 5:05pm

Watch the Eau Claire Express take on the La Crosse Loggers in the wonderful game of baseball! Tickets are $8-$40.
