The Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild and Mid-West Family Broadcasting along with signature sponsors, Conrad’s Auto Salvage and Dan the Resale Man have partnered together to bring  a present to the community.  Greatest Hits 98.1 will broadcast a special radio adaptation of Charles Dickens’ holiday classic during the week of Christmas!

The approximately one-hour radio play, adapted by the Theatre Guild, features some of their finest actors, including Mid-West Broadcasting’s on-air personality John Murphy as the Narrator, James Finn as Scrooge and Dave Dee as the Ghost of Jacob Marley.

Greatest Hits 98.1 will broadcast the play December 20 at 8pm, Christmas Eve at 6pm and Christmas Day at 10am.  The broadcast will be made available on the 98.1 website. A special downloadable program will be available on the Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild website or you can listen below.  Participating sponsors include Merchants Bank of Eau Claire and Muldoon’s Menswear.
