Pinpoint the peaks with WI Color Map

These early autumn weekends are excellent for viewing fall colors. We’re lucky to live in the Chippewa Valley and see some brilliant displays so close to home.

Of course, that doesn’t mean you can’t wander a little. When you have an open weekend–or just want to take a day trip–the Fall Color Map from Travel Wisconsin is an excellent resource to get an eyeful of turning leaves. This annual guide is continually updated with county-by-county progress and estimates of peak color dates. Have a look, then hit the road!
