Cooking Class: Pasta!

Featuring the art of making Italian style pasta. This class includes subjects such as: types/shapes, recipes, and history. You will be making your own pasta to take home as well as enjoying pasta at class.

Kitchen Technique is an educational forum focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class. The objective is to educate in the pursuit for excellence in the ambiance of Forage while having fun.

Come at 5pm for pre-class drinks and get settled. Class runs 5:30-6:30pm. Masks are highly encouraged.
