Do Yoga on a Paddleboard

Floating Bliss SUP Yoga is a yoga studio on the water! They host stand-up paddleboard yoga, which enhances the yoga experience. It’s led by Sandy LaValley, who has been teaching yoga since 2011. She’s completed the World Paddle Association’s certifications and loves hosting this yoga practice. She says if you can balance, you can stand up paddle, and if you can breathe, you can yoga. Do Hot Yoga

Latitude 44 Yoga Studio has been one of Eau Claire’s hot yoga studios since 2015. They host barre, yoga, and fitness classes with a variety of instructors and intensity levels. They have 13 classes on International Yoga Day, and offer that amount almost every day! They also offer retreats and events, so there’s something for everyone.
