CVTC + Silver Spring Foods Tailgate Event

Silver Spring Foods donated a food trailer to Chippewa Valley Technical College recently, and in turn, the college is showing its appreciation by revealing its new mobile food lab and offering a tailgate food event. The tailgate fare will be free of charge with a suggested $5 donation, which will support the CVTC Food Pantry.
A short 15-minute program unveiling the Culinary Management Mobile Food Lab will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, with lab tours to follow.
Tailgate food event (open to the public)
WHAT: Free tailgate fare will be served to-go style, cooked and served by Culinary Management students.
WHEN: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (or until food runs out), Wednesday, Nov. 10.
WHERE: Room 136 of the CVTC Business Education Center, 620 W. Clairemont Ave.
COST: Free, but a suggested monetary donation of $5 per person will be accepted to benefit the CVTC Food Pantry for holiday meal kits.
