Judge Jordan, appointed by President George W. Bush to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2006, brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished career. Prior to his appointment to the appellate court, he served as a U.S. District Judge for the District of Delaware and as an assistant U.S. attorney. Judge Jordan’s extensive background in intellectual property, corporate, and commercial litigation, combined with his service on various boards, provides a comprehensive perspective on the complexities of free speech within the legal framework.
